Its strength lies in its inherent capability of data collection on extensive scale from secondary and primary sources and in-depth analysis. This division has expertise to conduct M&E studies, Anthropological Studies, use of PRA tools and techniques and supplement the intensive field observations with the statistics through PRA & field survey.

Besides the core in house Consultant, that is regular employee, the Corporation has panel of part time experts in various specialized disciplines who are engaged on the assignment/studies from time to time.
